BAR HIRE (prices from £350)
We can offer our mobile trailer bar or our free standing wooden static bar. Both can be integrated into your event to compliment your chosen theme.
The trailer can be parked outside your venue/marquee or attached to the side so your guests don’t have to step outside.
The free standing bar would be set up inside your venue/marquee at your chosen location.

Standard Bar
Our paid bar package includes setup of either bar, refrigeration units, staff throughout the duration of your event. We bring all the plasticware, alcohol ice and condiments. Your guests will pay for their own drinks with cash or card (contactless card payments available). The only cost to you is the hire of the bar.(Trailer is £250, add on the indoor static bar for £200 (see our FRIENDS page for venue discount prices)

- White, red and rose wine (served by the bottle or glass)
- Prosecco (served by the bottle or glass)
- A mixture of spirits including a range of gins
- A mixture of soft drinks and mixers
- Condiments
- Plasticware
- Staff to serve throughout the duration

Limited Bar
Some hosts choose to pay for a certain amount of drinks for their guests, you could choose to have one glass per person paid for by yourself or you could set a certain limit and once that limit is reached the guests pay for their own drinks for the rest of the event. This would include some alcohol, plasticware, condiments and staff. The cost to you would be the hire of the bar and the bar tab depending on your decision. (Trailer is £250, add on the indoor static bar for £200)
Limited Bar

Dry Hire Option
Hire our equipment and bar staff for your event. We will do the set up, stock it with your supplies and serve your guests.
All plasticware, ice, alcohol, mixers and condiments are to be provided by you.
